My approach is calm, steady, and centred on your natural pace. I aim to create a supportive and culturally aware space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without pressure.
I draw from cognitive and behavioural approaches, acceptance-based work, emotional regulation skills, solution-focused approaches, and trauma-informed practice. I integrate these methods gently so they fit who you are and what you need.

Counselling is the career I chose with intention and passion. When I explored changing careers, this was the one path that felt truly meaningful to me.
Outside of counselling, I enjoy warm sunlight, peaceful moments with tea or coffee, and conversations that invite deeper reflection. As a mother of two, my daily life is full of small surprises and gentle humour.
A few fun things about me:
• I love discovering new cafés and trying different teas and coffees.
• I enjoy quiet mornings, journaling, and noticing small details in everyday life.
• I love meaningful books, soft music, and warm, calming spaces.
• I am naturally curious about people’s stories, cultures, and journeys.
• I enjoy slow mornings and cozy atmospheres. These parts of me shape the gentle and steady way I show up in sessions.
