Individual sessions are $200 for 50 minutes. Couples sessions are $260 fir 50 minutes.

Yes. I provide direct billing to select insurance providers, including Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, and other participating insurers through Telus eClaims. If direct billing is not available for your plan, I will provide a detailed receipt for you to submit for reimbursement.
Please check with your insurance provider to confirm your coverage for counselling services under a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).

The length of therapy depends on your goals and the nature of your concerns. Some clients seek short-term support, while others choose longer-term work for deeper patterns.

Yes. Many high-functioning women seek therapy not because they are falling apart, but because they are tired of carrying internal pressure alone.

That’s completely okay. Therapy is a collaborative space where we gently explore your experience together. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows the session time to be offered to another client.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.
