I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) providing online therapy in English and Mandarin across Canada.
Many of the clients I work with appear capable and strong on the outside, yet privately struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, or relationship patterns they can't seem to break. They often understand why they feel the way they do, but still feel stuck.
My own journey has given me a deep appreciation for the challenges of balancing responsibilities, relationships, cultural expectations, and personal wellbeing. As an immigrant, mother, and former corporate professional, I understand what it can feel like to keep moving forward while quietly carrying a great deal inside.
Over the years, I have supported clients from diverse cultural backgrounds navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the lasting impact of difficult experiences. My approach combines warmth, curiosity, and practical tools to help clients gain insight, heal old wounds, and create meaningful change.
