I’m Tong Tong

I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) offering online counselling in English and Mandarin Chinese for adults and couples across Canada.

I support clients from diverse cultural backgrounds facing anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, parenting stress, immigration adjustment, and life transitions.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly 20 years in corporate leadership, giving me insight into stress, perfectionism, and balancing multiple responsibilities. As an immigrant and mother, I also understand the challenges of navigating different cultures and high expectations.

My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. My aim is to help you build coping skills, confidence, and healthier relationships.
